What we automate

Connect the repetitive parts of your business

Automation should remove unnecessary manual steps without forcing your team into a completely different way of working.

CRM & Lead Automation

Capture enquiries, assign leads, update stages, schedule reminders and trigger follow-ups automatically.

WhatsApp, SMS & Email

Send transactional updates, reminders, confirmations and follow-up messages from business events.

Billing & Invoice Workflows

Create invoices, record payments, send due reminders and synchronize finance-related status changes.

Orders & Inventory

Track order stages, monitor stock, create alerts and automate routine operational actions around inventory.

Internal Team Workflows

Automate approvals, task creation, escalations, status updates and recurring operational checklists.

Dashboards & Reporting

Combine operational data into dashboards, scheduled reports and real-time alerts for your team.

From trigger to action

Build workflows around what actually happens in your business

A useful automation starts with a real event—new lead, order, payment, low stock, support request or approval—and then performs the right next actions automatically.

01TriggerA lead, payment, order, form or scheduled event starts the workflow.
02RulesConditions decide what should happen and who should receive it.
03ActionsCreate tasks, update CRM, send messages, generate documents or call APIs.
04SyncKeep connected systems and business records consistent.
05MonitorTrack outcomes, failures and performance from a central view.

Automation examples

Practical flows your team can stop doing manually

These are examples of the kinds of connected workflows we can build around your actual systems and business rules.

New lead arrives

Assign owner → update CRM → send WhatsApp acknowledgement → create follow-up reminder.

Payment received

Update invoice → mark account paid → send confirmation → notify the responsible team.

Stock gets low

Detect threshold → alert team → create purchase task → update dashboard status.

Order is placed

Create internal task → send customer update → sync order data → schedule next-stage action.

Daily report is due

Collect data → calculate metrics → generate report → send by email or WhatsApp automatically.

Support request arrives

Route by category → create ticket → notify agent → send status updates and follow-up.

How we build it

Automation starts with your existing process

We map the manual workflow first, then automate only the steps that are reliable and useful to automate.

01

Process Mapping

We identify repetitive work, handoffs, delays and the systems involved.

02

Workflow Design

Triggers, rules, actions, exceptions and required data are defined.

03

Integration

APIs, databases, messaging and business tools are connected securely.

04

Testing

Normal flows, edge cases and failure handling are tested before rollout.

05

Monitor & Improve

Logs, alerts and usage feedback help refine the automation over time.

Explain what your team currently does step by step. We can identify what should be automated, what should stay manual and how the systems can connect.

Business Automation FAQs

Questions to answer before automating a workflow

Useful guidance on choosing processes, connecting existing software, handling failures and keeping automations maintainable.

Which business process should we automate first?

Start with repetitive work that happens frequently and follows clear rules—such as lead assignment, follow-up reminders, payment notifications, order updates, approvals or recurring reports. We map the process before building anything.

Can you connect the software we already use?

Usually yes. We can connect CRMs, forms, databases, payment gateways, WhatsApp or SMS providers, ecommerce systems and custom software when they provide suitable APIs, webhooks or database access.

Do we need to replace our current CRM or accounting software?

Not necessarily. The objective is often to connect existing systems and remove manual handoffs between them. Replacement is considered only when the current tool prevents the required workflow.

Can you automate internal approvals and team tasks?

Yes. Workflows can create tasks, route approvals, escalate overdue actions, notify managers, update records and maintain an audit trail for operational processes.

What happens when an API or third-party service fails?

Important workflows can include validation, retries, failure logs, fallback actions and alerts so a temporary external failure does not silently lose a lead, payment event or business action.

Can an automation be changed after our process changes?

Yes. Rules, triggers, actions and integrations can be adjusted as your process evolves. We recommend modular workflows so future changes do not require rebuilding the entire system.

Do staff need to share passwords for automation?

Where possible, no. We prefer API keys, OAuth, service accounts, webhooks and scoped credentials rather than sharing normal staff login passwords with automated processes.

Can you build dashboards and alerts together with the automation?

Yes. Automation projects can include operational dashboards, scheduled reports, failure alerts and management notifications so your team can see what the workflows are doing.
